Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Lease for Utah-Based Company

PHOENIX, March 30, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that Mangum Civil Constructors, Inc. of Riverton, UT, has leased 15,594 square feet in North Phoenix to expand and relocate its Arizona operations.

“With this move, this growing company will more than double its space in the Valley,” says Paul Sweetland, Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield. “Mangum wanted the individual identity along with excellent curb appeal that this freestanding, single-tenant building offers.”

The office/warehouse building with fenced yard is located at 1075 E. Salter Dr.  Mangum Civil Constructors recently took occupancy of the new space, relocating from 2514 E. Mohawk Lane in Phoenix.

The company specializes in cell phone tower installation and related construction.

Sweetland and Justin LeMaster of Cushman & Wakefield represented Mangum Civil Constructors in its lease negotiations.  Eric Bell of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord, TREF DV Build, LLC.
